1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the NomadLeadGen website (nomadleadgen.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

NomadLeadGen provides website redesign, SEO optimization, Google Maps optimization, AI search optimization, and ongoing digital marketing services for local businesses. Our services are described on our website and in any service agreement provided to you upon engagement.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. One-time project fees (e.g., Website Refresh at $295) are due upon project commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing. Monthly subscription services (e.g., Growth Plan at $197/month) are billed monthly in advance. Late payments may result in service suspension.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to your existing website, hosting credentials, Google Business Profile, and any other materials necessary for us to perform the services. Delays caused by failure to provide materials may affect delivery timelines.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all custom website designs, content, and materials created specifically for your project. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses.

6. Revisions & Approval

Our Website Refresh package includes up to two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur extra fees. Projects are considered approved if no revision requests are received within 7 days of delivery.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

One-time projects may be cancelled before work begins for a full refund. Once work has commenced, refunds are prorated based on work completed. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice; no refund is issued for the current billing period.

8. Limitation of Liability

NomadLeadGen's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, lost profits, or business interruption.

9. No Guarantees on Results

While we employ best practices in SEO, web design, and digital marketing, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or business outcomes. Search engine algorithms and market conditions are outside our control.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, or fail to make payment after reasonable notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Laramie County, Wyoming.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
